Help - Navigates to the SpeedResearch Help pages.  *click the black down arrow for specific help sections
Go Back - Navigates backward one page on the current tab (Same as the MS Internet Explorer 'Back' Button)
Go Forward - Navigates forward one page on the current tab (Same as the MS Internet Explorer 'Forward ' Button)
Stop - Stops the current tab's web navigation
Stop All Tabs - Stops all navigation on all tabs  *click the black down arrow for this option
Refresh - Refreshes the current page 
Refresh All Tabs - Refreshes the current page  *click the black down arrow for this option
Print - Opens the printer dialogue box to print the current page.  Click the black down arrow for additional options such as Print Preview and Page Setup.
 
EMail Page - Opens a new email message with the Subject set to the current page's title and the body of the message containing the current page's URL address.  Click the black down arrow for additional emailing options.
Fill Form - Fills in any matching fields on the current page with the data you provided on the Form Fill setup window.  Click the black down arrow to store form field values you have entered on the current page.  Stored values can be recalled by clicking on the Form Fill icon the next time you are on the page.  This is great for storing login fields for one click logins to sites that require it.  
Favorites  - Clicking the Star opens your favorites panel.  To close the Favorites Panel, Double-Click on the top Folder (Internet Favorites)

Click the black down arrow for the following options:

  • Add to Favorites  - Allows you to add the current web page to your Explorer Favorites folder.
  • View Favorites - Opens your favorites folder displaying an explorer like tree of your Internet Explorer Favorites.
  • Organize Favorites - Opens Internet Explorer's 'Organize Favorites' dialog box allowing you to manage your Favorites links.
Web Search - Select from a list of search engines to search the web. Entering your key words into the browsers URL field before selecting a search engine will open the search page with the results for your key words. The browser always remembers your last used key words when you select a search engine.  The browser also remembers your last used search engine, so if you want to perform another search, simply enter your key words into the browsers URL field and click GO or press Enter.
Go - Navigates to the URL specified in the URL field. 

 
  Find - (No button) - To search for text on a web page, click once in an empty area of the page and then press ALT-F

 
  URL Field : 
  • Shows the URL of the current page 
  • Used to manually enter a URL addresses.  Use the down arrow to select from previously entered addersses and search words.
  • Quick Nav - If you want to go to www.microsoft.com, then just enter Microsoft and hit your {Enter} key. This works for all '.com' web sites. 
  • Quick Search - Quickly search the web by entering two or more key words separated by spaces and hit your {Enter} key to open the last selected search engine with the results for your key words.  Afterwards, you can use the Web Search icon to perform the same search on other search engines just by selecting them from the list.
